Structure of products: 3 eggs, 1 carrots, 1 pepper sweet, 1 tablespoon of tinned peas, 1/2 glasses of water, salt to taste.

Structure of products: 4 eggs, 1/2 glasses of chopped nettle, 1 glass of water, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt to taste.

Young stalks and escapes of nettle wash out and small cut. pyets is mixed with water, salt, add nettle and baked as it is described in the recipe "Omelet with vegetables". Give dish with vegetable oil.

Omelet with vegetables and mushrooms

Structure of products: 4 eggs, 1 glass of water, 4 dry mushrooms, 1 carrots, 1 bulb, salt to taste.

Dry mushrooms wash out, fill in with cold water and insist 40-60 minutes at the room temperature. Then mushrooms take out, small cut, and filter water in which they were presoaked, mix with eggs, add small chopped bulb, carrots, mushrooms. Bake omelet as it is described in the recipe "Omelet with vegetables".

pyets with mustard and orach

Structure of products: 4 eggs, 2 tablespoons of chopped leaves of orach, 1 beet, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of mustard (ready).

pyets is lowered in cold water, brought to boiling, cooked 6-8 minutes, then taken out and cleared.

The peeled beet is grated on large grater, mixed with the washed-out and chopped leaves of orach, add prepared mustard, mayonnaise.

The eggs cut on two halves are put on plate, the beet and orach nearby prepared with mayonnaise and mustard.

pyets, stuffed with vegetables and sheep cheese

Structure of products: 4 eggs, 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions, 1 tablespoon of the sheep cheese grated on small grater, 1 carrots, 1 beet, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

pyets is cooked by hard-boiled, clear, cut lengthways on two halves, delete yolk and mix it with sheep cheese, mayonnaise. Add chopped green onions, carrots and beet peeled and grated on large grater to this weight and carefully mix all this to homogeneous consistence.

In halves of egg white stack the received stuffing and serve the stuffed eggs to table.
