Pastrami from Forget about Sausage chicken


  • Fillet of chicken breast - 2 pieces on 250 g
  • Spices to taste
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Vegetable oil.

Way of preparation:

To connect your favourite spices (I have ground coriander, mix of pepper, khmeli suneli, ground paprika), salt, garlic through chesnokodavka and vegetable oil.

It is good to fillet of chicken breast to grease with the received mix and to leave for about 30 minutes, it is possible longer. Meanwhile the oven is warmed to 250 °C.

On the baking sheet laid by foil to lay out breast (I have connected 2 pieces) and for 12 minutes in oven at the same temperature (if breast more, then 15 min. - are no more). It is not necessary to overdo, otherwise meat will turn out dry.

To switch off oven, NOT to OPEN door 4 hours!
