  • potatoes of 500 g
  • sour cream of 3 tbsps.
  • cheese of 50 g
  • garlic 4 cloves
  • fennel 1 bunch
  • vegetable oil of 1 tsp.
  • tsp flour 1/2.
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Way of preparation:

❂ to Prepare ingredients.

❂ to clean and lay out Potatoes in the oiled form one layer.

❂ to squeeze out Garlic, small to cut fennel.
