The crackling snack


  • 2 thin unleavened wheat cakes
  • 2 pickles
  • 300 g of cabbage
  • 1 small bulb
  • 1 average carrot
  • 4 tbsps of vegetable oil
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • salt

Way of preparation:

❂ we start up Cabbage on grater.

❂ we clean Carrots and we grate for the Korean carrot. On it we start up pickles directly with skin — after such grater it does not seem rigid.

❂ we Cut onions. We scald it boiled water and we merge water directly in 2-3 minutes — so the bitterness will leave, and the crunch will remain!

❂ Cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, onions we dress with mayonnaise (here not really much).

❂ On the first unleavened wheat cake we spread half of stuffing, we flavor with a little more mayonnaise (when turning roll it will spread as it is necessary) and prisalivay. We turn in roll.

By and large, it can already just be cut and eaten. But there is much more more best option!

❂ we Warm frying pan on strong fire with small amount of vegetable oil. In couple of minutes we spread rolls "seam" down.

❂ we Fry from each party also on big fire directly for two minutes. During this time the unleavened wheat cake will develop appetizing form and remarkable taste, and vegetables in stuffing will not manage to be stewed and will remain crackling.
