- carrots salad or cabbage

Dinner:

7 day

Breakfast:

- green tea.

Lunch:

- 200 g of boiled beef, fruit

Dinner:

- any menu of previous days of diet, since the day before yesterday

From 8 in the afternoon the diet has to be repeated.
