For dinner we recommend to make potato with vegetables. Recipe of preparation: two hundred grams of potato, two carrots, onions, celery roots. We fill in vegetables in the cut look with glass of broth and we extinguish fifteen minutes under cover. To taste we add salt. Surely we fill with sour cream.

Day the third

Breakfast: cheese sandwich.

We smear usual roll with layer of cottage cheese cheese. From above bed grape berries.

Lunch: fish with stewed cabbage.

Recipe of preparation: two hundred grams of sauerkraut, two bulbs, two hundred fifty grams of fish fillet. We extinguish cabbage on vegetable oil not less than ten minutes. On cabbage we spread fillet and we continue to extinguish. Pepper.

Dinner: jelly.

Way of preparation: five grams of gelatin, two hundred ml of juice, one apple. We presoak gelatin in boiled water, and then we dissolve in grape juice. We fill in berries with this jelly, we put in the refrigerator on an hour and a half.

Day the fourth

On piece of bread we spread fifty grams of the cottage cheese filled at the same time with pepper. From above we strew with greens.

Lunch: pancakes.

Recipe of preparation: three tablespoons of flour, hundred grams of water, two eggs. We knead dough and we bake several pancakes. For stuffing you will need hundred grams of cottage cheese, mineral water tablespoon, grapes. Pancakes can be strewed with cinnamon.

Dinner: turkey with mushrooms.

Way of preparation: hundred grams of turkey, hundred grams of cabbage, carrots, hundred grams of champignons. Two tablespoons of sour cream, fifty grams of dark grapes. We fry meat of turkey. We cook cabbage within three minutes. We grate carrots, we cut champignons. We put all this in pan, we add glass of broth and we extinguish within ten minutes.
