Dietary tiramisu with strawberry

Ingredients:

  • Strawberry of 200 g
  • Glass milk ½
  • Low-fat cottage cheese of 500 g
  • Dark bitter chocolate of 50 g
  • Coffee svezhesvarenny 2 tablespoons
  • Banana of 2 pieces.

Way of preparation:

❂ Cut bananas and strawberry — except one berry for ornament.

❂ the Blender or the mixer shake up cottage cheese with milk to cream consistence.

❂ Pour in 2 tablespoons of coffee.

❂ Lay out third of bananas on bottom of big salad bowl with flat bottom.

❂ Close the first layer from third of strawberry, grated chocolate and mix of cottage cheese.

❂ Thus lay out also other two layers. Cottage cheese and grated chocolate has to be the last.

❂ Decorate with the remained strawberry.

❂ Put in the refrigerator at least for 4 hours, and it is one night better.
