Cheese flat cakes with greens

Ingredients:

  • Sour cream of 15-20% — 300 g
  • pyets — 3 pieces.
  • Cheese firm — 200 g
  • Flour — 4-5 tablespoons.
  • Greens — 1 bunch
  • Salt — 1 pinch
  • Vegetable oil — for frying

Way of preparation:

❂ break pyets in bowl, add pinch of salt and sour cream, well mix nimbus or the mixer.

❂ Pour in dough on 1 spoon of flour, well mixing every time. Dough on consistence has to turn out as on fritters.

❂ crush Cheese on small grater, greens cut, add everything to dough and mix. On frying pan warm a little vegetable oil, pour out 2-3 tablespoons of the test, distribute on frying pan bottom.

❂ Fry flat cake for 3-5 minutes from each party. Give warm.
