tomatoes salad with grapes leaves

5 pieces of sweet pepper, 2 apples, 2 tablespoons of chopped leaves of dandelion, 1 glass of kefir, salt to taste.

vegetables salad with leaves

1 beet with leaves, 1 carrots with leaves, 3 tablespoons of the cut green onions, 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese, 1/2 glasses of kefir, salt to taste.
