Vegetables with semolina

Structure of products: 1/2 glasses of semolina, 2 pieces of carrots, 1 bulb, 2 tablespoons of chopped leaves, stalks and flowers of clover, 1 tablespoon of chopped greens of fennel, 2 glasses of water, 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter, salt to taste.

The peeled carrots and onions small cut, stalks, flowers and leaves of clover carefully wash out and small cut together with the washed-out fennel greens. Stack half of the prepared vegetables on bottom of pan, clover and greens, on them fill layer semolina, and from above stack the remained vegetables and plants. Products fill in with hot salty water, bring to boiling (all surface has to become covered by bubbles) without hashing then remove from fire and insist with the closed cover of 10-15 minutes.

When giving to table weight at will can be mixed accurately, and it is possible to give layers. Fill dish with margarine or butter and water with the broth formed during cooking.

Grain rice with onions and carrots

Structure of products: 1 glasses of rice, 3 bulbs, 1/2 glasses the cut carrots straws, 2 glasses of water, 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter, salt to taste.

Rice is touched and washed out. Carrots are peeled, carefully washed out and cut straws. Onions are peeled and cut straws. On bottom of pan stack onions, then carrots, on them the washed-out rice, fill in all with hot salty water, bring to boiling and cook 5-7 minutes without hashing. Then the ware with rice and vegetables is removed from fire and left with the closed cover for 15-20 minutes.

Grain rice with leaves of raspberry or currant

Structure of products: 1 glasses of rice, 1/2 glasses of chopped leaves of raspberry or currant, 2 pieces of carrots, 2 glasses of water, 2 tablespoons of sour cream.

Rice is washed out, and leaves of raspberry or currant are carefully washed and cut straws. The peeled carrots are grated on large grater. On bottom of pan stack half of carrots, leaves of raspberry or currant, on them the prepared rice, and the leaves which from above have remained and carrots. Products fill in with hot salty water, bring to boiling, cook 5-7 minutes without hashing and insist with the closed cover of 15-20 minutes.

Note. Leaves of raspberry or currant during the winter period can be used in a dry form.

Grain millet with dried fruits and radish

Structure of products: 1 glasses of millet, 1 glass of dried fruits, 2 average sizes of radish, 3 glasses of water, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 pieces of carrots, 1 bulb, salt to taste.

Millet is carefully touched and washed out several times in warm water (50-60 °C) until grain is not pure. Dried fruits touch, delete decayed and spoiled, and good wash out. The peeled carrots and radish are grated on large grater, and the cleared bulb is small cut.

Stack half of dried fruits and half of carrots on bottom of pan, on them fill even layer millet grain, and from above stack the remained dried fruits, carrots and small chopped bulb. Products fill in with hot salty water, bring to boiling, cook 8-10 minutes and insist with the closed cover without heating of 30-40 minutes. Ready grain millet with dried fruits is spread on dish as it is described in the recipe of "pdriyets with plantain", water with vegetable oil, and nearby hill stack the radish cleared and rubbed on large grater.

Note. In such a way it is possible to prepare prunes, dried apricots, raisin, dry apples. The radish can be replaced with prepared mustard, horse-radish as sweetish taste of dried fruits and sharp taste of such seasonings is well combined with taste of millet.

As additive to such porridge it is possible to recommend the dried leaves of raspberry, currant, nettle, plantain during the winter period. They are stacked together with dried fruits.

Grits with pumpkin

Structure of products: 1 glasses of grits, 2 glasses the cut pumpkin straws with thin skin, 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions, 2 glasses of water, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt to taste.

Grits are touched, washed out. Pumpkin is washed out and cut straws together with thin skin. The green onions are washed out and cut. In pan stack half of the prepared pumpkin, on it grits, the pumpkin which from above has remained. Products fill in with hot salty water, bring to boiling, cook 8-10 minutes and insist with the closed cover without heating of 25-30 minutes.

Spread in dish grits with pumpkin as it is described in the recipe of "pdriyets with plantain". From above water with vegetable oil and strew with green onions.

Oat flakes with beet and carrots

Structure of products: 1 glass of oat flakes 2 pieces of beet,

2 pieces of carrots, 1 bulb, 2 glasses of water, 3 tablespoons of margarine, salt to taste.

The peeled beet and carrots are grated on large grater, the cleared bulb is small cut. On bottom of pan stack beet, on it flakes, from above carrots and onions. Products fill in with hot salty water, cook 1-2 minutes and insist with the closed cover without heating of 10-15 minutes.

Spread flakes with beet and carrots as it is described in the recipe of "pdriyets with plantain". Water with the kindled margarine.

Note. To flakes it is possible to serve greens (savory, marjoram, cilantro, parsley, fennel).

Pearl barley with shpigy and vegetables

Structure of products: 1 glass of pearl barley, the 2nd carrots, 1 glass the cut straws of white cabbage, 1 bulb, 2 tablespoons of small chopped salty shpig, 3 glasses of water, salt to taste.

Pearl barley is touched and carefully washed with warm water. The peeled carrots are grated on large grater, and onions are small chopped. The cabbage is washed out and cut straws. Salty shpig cut in small cubes. Stack cabbage on bottom of pan, on it fill even layer pearl barley, and from above evenly display shpig, carrots and onions. Products fill in with hot salty water, bring to boiling, cook 10-12 minutes, remove from fire and insist with the closed cover of 30-40 minutes.

pchnevy grain with orach and onions

Structure of products: 1 glasses of barley grits, 1 glass of chopped leaves of orach, 2 bulbs, 2 glasses of water, 2 tablespoons of butter, salt to taste.

Leaves of orach wash out and small cut. The peeled onions are cut straws. Stack orach leaves on bottom of pan, on them fill even layer barley grits, and from above chopped onions. Products fill in with hot salty water, bring to boiling, cook 2-3 minutes and insist with the closed cover without heating of 10-12 minutes.

Before giving on table grain is mixed so that to receive homogeneous mass, displayed in plates and watered with the kindled butter.

Porridge from mix of grain with pumpkin

Structure of products: 1/2 glasses of millet grain, 1/2 glasses of rice grain, 1/2 glasses of buckwheat, 2 bulbs, the 2nd carrots, 1 glass of chopped pumpkin with cinnamon, 3 glasses of water, 1 glass of acid milk or kefir, salt to taste.

Millet, buckwheat and rice grain is touched and washed out separately. Pumpkin is washed out and cut straws together with thin skin. The peeled carrots and onions small cut.

On bottom of pan stack part of vegetables, on them thin layer millet, from above again layer of vegetables (they can be stacked in the form of mix, and it is possible separately - layers), on vegetables rice, again vegetables and the last layer - buckwheat, and on it the remained vegetables. Thus the first and last layer - vegetable. Products fill in with hot salty water so that the upper layer of vegetables has been completely covered (therefore the amount of liquid is given approximately as the amount of water depends on the volume of pan, laying of vegetables), bring pan contents to boiling and boil 5-6 minutes. Then the pan is removed from fire, put on wooden support and left with the closed cover without hashing of 25-30 minutes.

Spread porridge as it is described in the recipe of "pdriyets with plantain", watering when giving with milk or kefir.

Note. The ware is selected so that diameter it precisely corresponded to flame of torch or electric ring. It has to be rather high and until the end of it it is desirable not to fill. In the course of cooking contents are not mixed, and slightly stirred up.
