Dietary vegetables cream soup

- Chicken broth (or water) — 1,5 liters
- Wheat flour — 3 tablespoons
- Milk of low fat content — 1 glass
- Cream of the minimum fat content (not necessarily) — 1/2 glasses
- Olive oil — 2 tablespoons
- Parsley — to steam of branches
- Seasoning of khmeli suneli — to taste
- Salt and pepper — to taste
- Cheese — to taste (not necessarily)
Way of preparation:

❂ Then, we add broth (or water). We bring to boiling and we prepare about 10 minutes (or yet potatoes will not cook). During this time we mix nimbus milk and flour to homogeneous texture. We add to soup and we cook even minutes five, having convinced that all vegetables have already cooked.
❂ Then, half of soup with vegetables is sent to the blender. Well we shake up, since small speed, to homogeneous mass. Mashed potatoes is sent to soup and well mixed. We add cream. Well we mix and we cook on weak fire to the first bubbles. Soup is ready! During cooking we try, we add seasoning, if necessary we salt and we pepper.
