Dietary vegetables cream soup

Ingredients:

  • Onions — 1 piece
  • Carrots — 2 pieces
  • Celery stalk — 3 stalks
  • Potatoes — 5 pieces
  • Chicken broth (or water) — 1,5 liters
  • Wheat flour — 3 tablespoons
  • Milk of low fat content — 1 glass
  • Cream of the minimum fat content (not necessarily) — 1/2 glasses
  • Olive oil — 2 tablespoons
  • Parsley — to steam of branches
  • Seasoning of khmeli suneli — to taste
  • Salt and pepper — to taste
  • Cheese — to taste (not necessarily)

Way of preparation:

Well we mix and we cook on weak fire to the first bubbles. Soup is ready! During cooking we try, we add seasoning, if necessary we salt and we pepper.
