Diet No. 1 - For 3 days
This diet for three days. In breaks it is possible to have a bite fresh cabbage. Liquid in day should drink not less than 1,5 liters of water or green tea. Also it is possible to diversify it having included different fruit, except bananas.
Breakfast: coffee one cup with sugar substitute.
Lunch: any cabbage soup, or cabbage, stewed with different vegetables and fast meat, or cabbage salatik (any fresh cabbage — white, Bruxelles, red, Savoy, Beijing, etc.).
