Home-made pizza

Ingredients for the test:

  • on one glass of kefir and waters
  • 7 glasses of flour
  • tablespoon of dry yeast
  • 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil (fragrant sunflower)
  • sugar tablespoon
  • salt teaspoon

Ingredients for stuffing:

  • 500 g of sausage are possible two / three types (at me raw smoked and boiled)
  • 100 g of firm cheese
  • 10-15 pieces of olives
  • mayonnaise and ketchup – on 3-4 tablespoons
  • 3 tomatoes
  • large white bulb
  • 1 paprika

Way of preparation:

❂ we connect kefir, salt, sugar, oil. We heat water (that warm was) to 35 degrees, we add yeast. When yeast has risen "cap" (minutes 5-8), we connect kefir and barmy water.

❂ we add flour (previously to sift), we knead dough. We cover x / with towel. We wait for 40-45 minutes of time. If in kitchen it is cold, then dough rises longer – 1,5-2 hours. Reference point – dough has to grow twice.

❂ so far dough approaches, we do cutting: we cut sausage "straws" or "small square". We cut tomatoes in half, we cut out buttocks and we cut thin segments. We cut onions half rings (I still cut in two). Pepper can be cut either straws or small square. Cheese we rub on small grater.

❂ we oil baking sheet, we distribute dough in form. Oil also hands that dough to them did not stick.

❂ slightly we strew dough with black pepper, then we grease with ketchup.

❂ we spread sausage layer.

❂ layer of pepper and tomatoes, olives.

❂ mayonnaise.

❂ cheese.

We bake pizza of 35-45 minutes. Temperature in oven – 200 °C.
